Illustrations about upcoming green city plans
For the municipality of Rotterdam I made editorial illustrations accompanying the plans of the municipality to make the city more green, from 2019 on. These drawings were meant for publications and communication coming from the municipality, to make the plans more accessible. I made an illustration of the Green Lung for example, that will be in the centre of Rotterdam, at the Coolsingel and Westblaak. The five biggest green plans were presented as The Big Five, for which I made a compilation illustration of the Maassilo, the Hofbogen, the Schouwburgplein, the Green Lung (Westblaak, Eendrachtsplein) and the railway station of Rotterdam Alexander.
Voor de gemeente Rotterdam maakte ik redactionele illustraties bij de plannen die de gemeente uitvoert om de stad te vergroenen, vanaf 2019. Deze afbeeldingen waren bedoeld voor publicaties en communicatie vanuit de gemeente, om de plannen wat toegankelijker te maken. Zo maakte ik een illustratie van de Groen Long, die door het centrum van Rotterdam moet komen, onder andere op de Coolsingel en de Westblaak.
