Door de ogen van de Wolf

This project (Through the eyes of the wolf) I did when I was working at design-research studio Het Proces in Rotterdam. It is an exhibition about the return of the wolf in The Netherlands, for kids. It was shown in Bezoekerscentrum Kennemerduinen, and after that it travelled to several places. The Kennemerduinen is a nature area in The Netherlands, where you can visit exhibitions in relation to Dutch nature. I was responsible for the drawings, while others of the studio worked on the graphic design of the exhibition and the way to make the 3D statues out of my illustrations. I developed a drawing style especially for this expo. I was great to see the small illustrations that I made in almost real size.

Dit project maakte ik toen ik werkte bij design-research studio Het Proces in Rotterdam. ‘Door de ogen van de wolf’ was een expositie over de terugkeer van de wolf in Nederland, voor kinderen. Deze was te zien in Bezoekerscentrum Kennemerduinen, en heeft daarna nog naar een aantal plekken gereisd. Ik was verantwoordelijk voor de illustraties, terwijl anderen in de studio aan het grafisch ontwerp van de tentoonstelling werkten en de manier waarop de 3D versie van mijn illustraties kon worden opgezet. Ik creëerde speciaal voor deze expo een andere tekenstijl. Het was geweldig om die kleine illustraties te zien uitgroeien tot bijna ware grootte.
